1. Fulfillment of Orders
Once your product order has been received via our website, we will begin working on your order within 0-48 hours. If there are any problems with your link or the service you purchased, we will contact you via e-mail so that we can work it out. If everything is in order, we will continue working on your order until it is completed, at which point we will send you an e-mail informing you that your order has been delivered. We do provide a delivery time estimation when you process your order, but we can not make any guarantees. Our estimation is not a guarantee.
2. Traffic Estimates
Our primary service is to social media marketing. Under no circumstances can we guarantee fan or follower interaction with any of our services. However, from regular feedback from our customers, we can be almost certain that our services will have a very positive effect on your business.
3. Refunds
If you believe you may be entitled to a refund, or would like some more information about refunds, please contact us through our website. If we fail to fulfill your order for any reason (We have yet to disappoint), you shall be entitled to a full refund (Valid up to 60 days after purchase). In case you had a drop after we completed your order, we will promptly refill the drop or issue a refund, depending on what you decide.

We never use any techniques that would put an account at risk, however, please be aware that as a result of using our service, you agree that any terminations of your third-party accounts as a result of using our services are at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for this. You understand that by using our services there is a possibility that your site may be banned from social sites like Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok etc. You accept all risk for this and we may not be held responsible for any terminations.
